Bloom & Wild have brought a culture of technical innovation to the art of floristry. The team were the first to deliver bouquets of flowers through letterboxes and have since innovated in numerous ways to ensure they provide a market leading customer experience.

For their first claim with EmpowerRD they built out a personalisation engine that allowed them to serve up on-site recommendations and tailored reminders for regular customers.

Claim History

Bloom & Wild had previously claimed twice with a different specialist advisor. After the EmpowerRD team identified the qualifying expenditure for their most recent claim Bloom & Wild felt that their last claim could have been undervalued. EmpowerRD retrospectively evaluated their last claim and increased the credit they received from HMRC by 290%.
