Claim History

Before working with EmpowerRD, Luther Systems built their claim through a series of interviews, emails, and phone calls. As a small, fast-paced startup, they needed a more efficient way to coordinate their claim, especially with teams based in different locations – the tech team in California, and the finance team based in London – all working on the claim.

Working with EmpowerRD

Luther Systems switched to EmpowerRD for the efficiency of the platform, which improved their claiming experience at a fraction of the cost of their previous provider: “EmpowerRD’s competitive pricing structure works really well for us. We’re a small company, and there’s always an element of cash flow optimisation.”

The EmpowerRD platform allowed the teams to work on the claim across different time zones and locations with ease: “The user interface of the platform is really good. It’s user friendly and easy to navigate. Benchmarking within the platform is also great.”

Another helpful feature of the platform for the team was the ability to track their claim amount whilst building the claim: “With EmpowerRD you can see the estimated size of your claim as you work through. That was really helpful for us. We really like that feature of the platform.”

Luther Systems have a US subsidiary, so dealing with currency conversion made their claim more complex. They worked closely with the EmpowerRD team to ensure this didn’t slow things down.
